The short version. We are one person selling shirts. We collect what we need to print and post you a monster, we do not sell your details to anyone, we do not track you across the internet, and there is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site at all. Ask us to delete your data and we will.
We only collect what an order actually requires:
We do not keep your shipping address on file. It goes from the card processor straight to our print partner and the carrier, so a shirt can be posted. What we keep is the order and your email — not where you live.
We use two companies, and only two:
Handles your payment and sends your receipt. They receive your email, address, and card details. We never see or store your full card number.
Our print partner. They print and post the shirt, so they receive the order, the artwork, your size and your shipping address. They send the shipping notification with tracking.
Beyond those two, nobody. No data brokers, no ad networks, no list brokers.
Order records are kept so we can reprint a shirt, handle a refund, or answer a question months later. If you want yours gone, ask — we will delete it, with the one honest exception: we may have to keep a record of a transaction where money changed hands, because tax law requires it. Your artwork and notes we will delete on request, immediately.
You can ask us at any time to:
Just reply to your receipt, or use the contact details there. We will not ask you to prove who you are beyond confirming the order belongs to you.
Payments run entirely on Stripe’s servers, so card details never touch our site. Orders are confirmed by verifying a signed payment message with the card processor — a shirt is only ever printed after that check passes.
This shop is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
This shop is operated as an independent business. The monsters are our own designs. Stripe and Printify are separate companies with their own privacy policies, which govern the data they hold on your behalf.
