These are the actual terms. They are short because the shop is small and the deal is simple. If something here is unclear, ask before you buy.
One custom-printed t-shirt, made to order for you, on a heavyweight garment-dyed cotton blank, shipped within the United States. The designs are ours.
The price shown at checkout is the whole price. US shipping is included. Payment is taken by Stripe. We print only after your payment has cleared and been confirmed by them — not when you click pay, and not when your bank page says it worked.
Every shirt is printed individually for you. Please check the size chart before ordering — body width and length are both given, along with how to measure a shirt you already own. These are generously cut heavyweight tees, so if you are between sizes, size up.
We will replace any shirt free of charge if it arrives damaged, or if the print is wrong, misaligned, blurred, or is not the design you bought. Tell us within 30 days of delivery. You do not need to send it back and you do not pay postage.
We cannot replace a shirt that is the wrong size, or one you simply changed your mind about. It is not faulty — it is made exactly as ordered, and it cannot be re-printed as something else. This is normal for made-to-order clothing, and it is the single thing most worth checking before you buy.
If you tell us before the order goes into production we can usually cancel and refund it in full.
Our blanks are garment-washed and pigment-dyed. Every shirt varies a little in shade and texture — two shirts of the same design will not be perfectly identical. This is the character of the garment, not a defect, and it is not a reason for a replacement.
Allow 5–10 business days in the US after your order is confirmed, for printing and transit. Tracking is emailed to you when it ships. We ship within the US only at this price and will not accept an overseas address at checkout.
You keep every right to anything you type or upload. You give us the right to print and sell that one shirt, and nothing more. We will not sell your design to anyone else, and we will not put your name on anything you did not ask for.
We print what you make. If our rendering of it is wrong — cropped, blurry, or misprinted — that is our fault and section 4 covers it.
We are responsible for delivering you a sound shirt, and for fixing it if we get it wrong. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing here limits your rights under applicable law, including your right to a refund where a product is faulty.
If these terms change, the updated version is on this page with a new date. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in force when you paid.
